Biryani recipe:
Preperation time: 15 minuts
Cooking time: 30 minuts
Total:45 min
Ingredients:
Rice 3 medium size cup around 1/2 kg
Water 6 cups
Chicken 1/2 kg
Oil/ghee
4-5 medium size chopped Onion
2 tomoto
5-6 green chillies
1/2 cup of curd
Bay leaf
10-12 cloves
Cinnamon
Black pepper corns
Nut meg
cumin seed
1 peace mace
1 bunch of mint
1 bunch of coriander leaves
Ginger Garlic paste
Lemon
Salt
Food colour
For Garam masala:
coriander powder
cumin seeds
clove
cinnamon
Black pepper
Preparation:
Sock rice for 40-45 mintes by adding water of 4 glasses
Chop 4-5 medium size onion
slice 2 tomotoes
Cut a bunch of mint
Cut a bunch of coriander leaves
Make Garam masala by Mixuring black pepper seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cloves and cinnamon.
keep aside another 5-6 cloves, 2-4 cinnamon peaces, 8-10 black pepper seeds, Nut meg(if available) 1 peace of mace (if available)
Mixture coriander leaves, mint, green chillies, garlic, ginger, and tomato by adding curd.
Wash the chicken and boil it for 10 minuts by adding 2 glass of water and 3-4 bay leaf and salt.
In other side.
After boiling chicken seperate the chicken and soup into other side.Process:
1. Add 2 spoon of oil into pot and Fry sliced onion until it turns brown colour
2. Once it turn brown colour remove half of fried onion into anothor plate

4. After adding chicken add cloves, cinnamon peaces, black papper seeds, mace, nut meg,
5. Mix well and boil it for 4 minuts.
5. Mix well and boil it for 4 minuts.
6. After that, Add mixture of coriander leaves, mint, green chillies, garlic, ginger, and tomato and curd.
7. Mix well for 3 to 4 minuts
8. Next add socked rice and mix well
9. Add salt as per your taste
10. Pour chicken soup into it 6 cups if it is lesser than six cups add water to make it around 6 cups.
11. mix well and boil it for 20 minuts.
12. After cooking it, add fried onion on it and coriander leaves. as shown in the picture
13. Close the let and cook for another 10 mintuts
14.After that mix well biryani and pour 2 types of food colour if available
15.And cook for another 10 mintus in low flame.
16. After that mix well and serve as you want.
