Fasting in Ramadan
As we all know Ramadan is holy month. And everyone fasts in the month of Ramadan. By fasting, we not only connects with Allah, also we get lots of benefits to our health as keeps your brain healthy. If we are having wrong type of food or we may eating in wrong ways, We may get health issues or side effects to our health. We all want that we all fast for the whole month. What to eat in Iftar?
You can break your fast with Dates. Having dates after long fast will return your blood glucose level to normal.

You can have your full meal after 1 hour of breaking your fast.
